Data you submit through the forms on this site is processed by Homi MNE, registered at Bulevar Sv. Petra Cetinjskog 1, 81000 Podgorica, Crna Gora. For any question about how your data is handled, contact us at info@homi.me.

Through the contact forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, the message you send us, and which property the enquiry relates to.

With each enquiry we also record the time it was sent, the page it was sent from, and technical details about your browser. Your IP address is stored only as a cryptographic hash and cannot be reversed.

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and to correspond about the property you are interested in. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as the correspondence continues, and at most two years after the last contact, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so without delay.

We use our own statistics system, which sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party services. Visits are counted using an irreversible hash that changes daily, so a visitor cannot be tracked over time or identified.

We record the page viewed, the device type and the referring source. This data is used only in aggregate, to understand which properties and articles readers find useful.

The site uses only technically necessary cookies — one to maintain the session, one to protect the forms against abuse, and one to remember your chosen language. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Property pages and the contact section display a Google Maps map. Loading the map makes your browser connect to Google servers, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. Send your request to info@homi.me. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
